Thank you for shopping at CARVO. This Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return bedding items purchased from www.carvo.top, request exchanges, and receive refunds. Our goal is to provide clear, fair, and convenient procedures for all customers.

Return Window
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Requests outside this window may be considered at CARVO’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

Eligible Products
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Bedding items that are defective or damaged upon arrival may be eligible for return.

  • Custom or personalized bedding is non-returnable unless it is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Personalized or custom-designed bedding.

  • Gift cards and downloadable content.

Defective or Incorrect Items
  • Report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery to amizainoabesp@hotmail.com.

  • Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

  • CARVO will provide return instructions and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund including shipping if verified.

Return Process
  1. Contact amizainoabesp@hotmail.com with the subject “Return Request — Order #[Your Order Number]”.

  2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions; do not ship items before receiving authorization.

  3. Package items securely with the RA number clearly visible.

  4. Use a trackable shipping method for the return.

  5. CARVO will inspect the return and notify you of the refund or replacement.

Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Returns due to CARVO errors (wrong or defective item) are free.

  • Returns for customer preference are at the customer’s expense.

  • International return shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, plus bank processing time.

  • Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to CARVO error.

Exchanges & Replacements
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Replacement items are shipped after receipt and verification of returned items.

Partial Refunds
  • Partial refunds may be applied if the returned item is damaged, missing packaging, or used.

  • Returns outside the standard 30-day window may receive partial refunds at CARVO’s discretion.

Lost Returns
  • Keep your return tracking number until the refund is confirmed.

  • CARVO is not responsible for packages lost in transit without valid tracking.

International Orders & Duties
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections.

Cancellation
  • Contact amizainoabesp@hotmail.com immediately to request order cancellation.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
